The transition into team leadership is one of the most challenging and rewarding career pivots. This intensive, two-day interactive course is designed to equip new and aspiring leaders with the mindset, emotional agility, and practical frameworks to step confidently into their new role.

Focus: Building the inner resources and foundational knowledge required to lead with integrity and emotional intelligence.

- The Critical Pivot: Transitioning from Expert/Doer to Coach/Enabler; managing old peer relationships and establishing new boundaries.
- Defining the North Star: Key responsibilities and the Ethical Imperative of the modern team leader (e.g., career development, psychological safety).
- Leadership vs. Management: Understanding the difference between driving tasks and inspiring direction; adapting your style to the team's needs.
2. Emotional Intelligence as a Leadership Superpower
- EQ Deep Dive: Mastering the four domains of Emotional Intelligence (Self-Awareness, Self-Regulation, Social Awareness, Relationship Management).
- EI in Action: Applying EQ to defuse team conflict, enhance empathy, and make balanced decisions under pressure.
- Building a Foundation of Safety: Understanding the link between leader vulnerability, psychological safety, and team innovation/performance.
3. Motivation, Drivers, and Engagement
