Andy Evans
After over two decades in L&D and HR, working across nearly every sector, from hospitality and retail to complex engineering and fibre telecommunications, I realised I needed a change
I’ve worked in companies with ten employees and those with ten thousand, and the challenge is always the same: how to make people development feel human, impactful, and truly belong to the role.
I founded this consultancy to bridge that gap. Having been on the inside setting up numerous HR and L&D departments, delivering keynote speeches, and leading corporate presentations, I know that development often lacks the care, support, and practical application needed to stick.
